No one answered to help me. I never received my tickets to Mercy Me 11/5/2021. My tickets were paid for and I took out the insurance for protection. I want to get my payment of 198.01 refunded.

I purchased tickets on your website for Mercy Me Nov 5th at Vandel Andle Arena Grand Rapids, the only numbers I have is 866237****CT, and 3500****. The money 198.01 was taken out of my checking account along with a 15.00 charge for insurance. All I am asking for is to have these two amounts refunded. I hear you are a reputable company and expect nothing less to have this resolved. My name is Sandra Paff, address 335 12th Street Plainwell, Mi 49080. Please help me with this so I can get a refund.The money was taken out of my checking Account on September 20th. 2021, along with the 15.50 for the Insurance. There is a number of 800284**** VA for Allianz Event Ins. I never received any tickets for that show. My email address is richsandypaff@***.com. Thank you for your time, and response.

Requested refund for vouchers anyways

I requested a refund due to the event being cancelled that day. I purchased new tickets again on my own dime, for a different date. When the email to get my refund on the original event came through, I carefully selected refund, I just received the voucher I never requested instead of my 310. So I am now over 600 invested in this one show. I want my money back, will never use them again or see an event through them!

I wanted to attend the Jackson Browne concert in Albuquerque, NM in September 2021. I got an email from Event Tickets Center saying they "released" the tickets and to "look for an email" but no other information given, nor "who" was going to send me the tickets. I never received the email with the electronic tickets and lost the amount of money I paid which was $267.00. I made a complaint to the company and did not receive any tickets. i complained to my credit card company and they said that because the Event Tickets Center has a policy that do not include any refunds that I am not entitled to that; however, it also states that they guarantee 100% that I would receive tickets.

Refund on IN THIS MOMENT concert Nov 19th

I recently purchased tickets to a concert on November 19th and decided to call and clarify the age requirements for the venue as Hardrock Cafe had many different age requirements for different departments and venues at their company. I called the customer service line for hardrock (866-388-****) and spoke to a representative who asked me the specific date and act of the concert. After we both understood and relayed that it was the concert on November 19th for In This Moment, I asked him the age requirement for the specific show. He told me it was 18+ (nothing I was told indicated 21+), and when I asked if minors could attend when accompanied by an adult, he said they could attend. I proceeded to buy the tickets after getting this clarification, but was later informed by the person I was attending with that the person they spoke with at customer service said the venue was 21+ only. I bought these tickets under a false assumption, for these reasons I respectfully request a refund and hope for more cohesiveness in customer service as that should be a straightforward and easy answered question.

I purchased tickets but never received them. I contacted through email and got the standard genrated response that my tickets had been sent. I called the customer service number multiple times and only got the message to call back sooner to my event. I waited until the week of and called again and got the same message. I emailed again and got the same response again

I will never buy tickets from this website again. I ordered tickets but never received them. I contacted them multiple times through email bc every time I called their customer service number it just says to call back closer to your event. Thank you for ripping me off for $350 and for not taking care of your customers it is truly appreciated.
