ETC says it issued a refund to me for tickets cancelled, but did not and hasn't provided me proof of a refund

Terrible. ETC has failed to give me a refund for tickets that were cancelled.

When I called customer service, they could not give me any information proving the refund except an email saying my refund was processed and still have not given me such proof. Terrible company and I won't ever use them again.

All I have to say is I'm out $209.88 the process a person has to go through is to much I will never go to another concert again icame out of the hospital over the week with a leg infection call them to see about a possible refund told me I had put insurance on them and that's a whole another story very disappointing and as told my wife no more concerts
