The promoters of aftershock in Sacramento canceled the venue and reissued a new date that is 1 year out I understand that Front Gate the promoter gave 2 options refund or go to new date that is fantastic and represents a true top of the line company. Unknowingly I purchased from a third party that I will now rate as a -1 because event ticket center has zero class their bottom line money not only do they upsell they offer no refunds I can accept that I hope they can accept the amount of reviews that I hope not me alone will generate after this I'm off to yelp. Poor business practices need to be made public go viral put them out of business is best practice. Claiming postponement of 14 months unacceptable

Email issue

Sat on hold for 30 minutes and no one ever picked up. Happy to take my money but can't answer the phone.

Tickets Purchased

I bought 4 tickets for nitro circus for aug 15, 2021 and when i printed the tickets they say may 2, 2020. Ive called there customer service 3 days in a row hours and hours with no one to pick up the phone. Then emailed them no response im starting to think i got scammed, do not buy from them.

Extremely high prices

I bought tickets for Extravaganza in Las Vegas and the price is extremely high comparing other sellers. Can we have a credit? Or an adjustment in the price?

Horrible service never buy from theses scammers

No answer or email reply have tried multiple times to reach someone. Horrible service do not reccomend.

Tickets not together and don’t align with order

I ordered 5 tickets. Order # 3410**** (section 411, row Q, 2 tickets), order # 3410**** (section 411, row Q, 1 ticket) and Order#3410**** (section 411, row Q, 2 tickets. I received emails that 3410****and 3410**** tickets were transferred to me on 6/18 and 3410**** would transfer to me on 8/28. I heard from Brett from Ticketmaster that I needed to accept tickets from him but the tickets are in section 411; Row J (2 tickets) and Row M (1 ticket). Now my group is not I. The same row and I have no idea where the other two tickets will be when I get them on 8/28. Is there a way to get the tickets in the same row (as originally ordered) so my group can sit together?
