My wife purchased 4 tickets from Event Tickets Center to a show In Nashville TN. The following day she received an email stating they were having problems and she would need to reorder the tickets.

She did reorder and we were then billed for both sets of tickets. When she called to get this taken care of she was told it was her problem and they had no responsibility.

It was only after this experience we looked at the horrible reviews on Event Tickets Center.This is a poor way of doing business and no one should consider purchasing tickets from Event Tickets. This is the first company I have every written a bad review on but after their refusal to make this right people need to know the type of company they are.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $391.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: We dont ghive a sht attitude no offer to make it right.
